First spawn of the season for me. :)

Spotted in a ditch at Wokingham, Bell Foundry Lane.

Not sure what type of spawn it is though, any ideas?

Frog spawn Rolf. Frogs lay clumps of spawn Toad spawn is in strips of spawn and newts lay single eggs on the under side of water plants
Now you have to watch when the frogs migrate that you don't mow the lawn.
I used to watch ours , loads of tittle black thing migrating across the garden in the morning and back again in the evening.
