Very nice. I used to have them in my ponds when we had the family house,
Mind out if you have Crested newts It's against the law to touch them

I should be so lucky to have crested newts in my pond
I think the name for my newts are smooth newts

Yes but you may find them they can be in any pond.
Newts come and go every day did you know that ? I watched a very interesting prog' on them once and no two newts have the same patterning their under sides

Photos 3 and 4 look like a male smooth, not quite sure about 1 and 2 but they look male.
