ID Help please

I think this is a Green Shank . It is too big to be a Sanderling and Marsh Sandpipers ( Extremely similar) are rare though not unknown here. Also his beak does look slightly upturned. But I'm not 100% sure. so conformation would be appreciated . I have 3 pics two in flight not so good as he took of so suddemly
