Hmmm thanks rolf for asking, but I'm just wondering whether it may it may be from a certain kind of conifer in my garden a very slow growing one I will take a look in the daylight, it's just that I took the pic so long ago just can't remember for sure

Checked my garden this morning as yes this is a conifer.........now I just gotta find out which one...............it's one that grows outwards and upwards and is slow growing it also has cones on it as well
