    Default Thick-knee Flower Beetle - Oedemera nobilis (female)

    It took me a while to track this down, and the first one I found just like it said "..I haven't ID'd this yet...", but I reckon it's a Thick-knee. At first I thought that I was 'close, but no cigar' as the one thing that my beetle wasn't, was 'thick knee'd'. Then after searching a little more I read that the female has regular knees. So.....

    I don't think I've seen one before, and so that's 2 newmetallic-green beetley things I've had in the garden so far this year...sweet!
