Default Colebrook Lake North from the hide

Amazing reflection in the water, mid afternoon. Pictures 2 and 3 were taken with an infrared filter, 2.5 seconds exposure.

Equipment: Nothing but my notebook which is one of the most important parts of birding. To go out without it (which I only ever did once) is like going out without your pants on. I've never understood why I responded to the 'Cameras and Equipment' question in this way because in reality I own a Leica Telescope with eyepieces, Zeiss Binoculars, and a Manfrotto Tripod all of which cost a positive fortune.

Lovely places to unwind/relax these aren't they.

There's a particular hide at Leighton Moss with a view I used to think was like I would imagine heaven would be......whoops......getting a little philosophical there, my apologies!

Pete.
