Default Sad news about Jeremy Beadle
Who died of pneumonia following extensive treatment for cancer at the age of only 59.

I was not a great lover of the Beadle's about show, but had enjoyed his great book reviews on the early days of Capital Radio and from all accounts he was a kind and friendly man, who donated an enormous amount of his time to charity projects, raising in excess of £100 million.

Rest in Peace Jeremy and sympathy to his wife and children.

Very sad and he was very young at 69 yes.
I was not a great fan but do have on VHS a very very funny show where he set some one up in an opticians / hearing aid shop up in Beadles about.
He was a good chap. RIP.
