Default Counting down now . . . .

. . . . . for the trip to France, I have an orchard full of birds, Linnets, Black Redstarts, Yellowhammers, Whitethroats and others waiting for me, plus perhaps I'll get some decent audio this time with my new shotgun microphone and Remembird-x.

Ordered a pistol grip microphone handle and a new bird guide of Europe and Uk for my Ipaq as well.

Now all I need is some good weather.

You have to remember not to leave any equipment behind.
We can expect some nice bird song. You sound like you have some serious stuff

No problem with that, I have my high-tech corner and remove everything from it when I go.

Well I've got two of them now and another couple of spare leads.

They won't let me drive the train, I asked, but they were being unreasonable.

I still can't believe I thought it was a road. Probably due to the roads through the mountains in Italy. That is what I visualized as I have never been through the channel tunnel
