Default Camcorder

I was very a bad girl today. I bought a new DVD Camcorder with and sd card slot. Lots of money it cost
The previous one has to go away. (I hope they lose it) the mechanism keeps jamming and it wrecked a tape and then it says the tape is protected whilst in play back Which is a bit silly. So when it comes back all fixed or replaced I will flog it. Cant be bothered with tapes any more. Wasn't keen on the reproduction any how
Oh It's an Hitachi

Well . My new Hitachi camcorder is really cool. Much more user friendly than the JVC and I think a clearer picture.

I'm very tempted to get one myself, but I'm fighting it.

I have so many "Must have" pieces of equipment that I rarely use, I'm now finding it really difficult to justify to even myself some future acquisitions.

No don't fight it. Don't get one with a tape though The mechanism may tend to jam Mine is just 18 months old and is going back to the tech guys to be sorted. The new one takes a small DVD for movie making and a hard drive 8gb SD card though the photos are only 640 X 480 and you can togsl between 16.9 screan and the norm. I like it. But it depends on you wage packet at the end of the month.
Mine is very small

I can't get over the movie quality of this new camcorder. It's really sharp and massively big-screen. also 16.9 if wish. The format is Mpeg 2 . Comes with software Image mixer Plays on Windows Media. Can easily convert to avi . I use ArcSoft 2 video impressions. For use with Windows Movie maker.

Well it's ducks again What else? Nothing special this time so I haven't uploaded it.
Has to be good or silly nothing in between.
I experimented on the ducks today and I can't get over the difference in quality using Hdd as apposed to tape. I always found a bit of a hazy finish although some were quite good depending on the light and distance but the sharpness on this is Wow

Well that was quick. My JVC camcorder came back today all cleaned and serviced. Nothing wrong with it and they left a battery in it as well.
Now it has it's own battery and two spares.
Think I will keep the camcorder as a reserve
