Well if you don't want your number listed, text the letter "E" to 118800 from the mobile you want de-listing and you will be made ex-directory, or phone their Freephone number 0800 138 6263.

I did that when I first bought and registered my phones all of 3 them
Apparently, they have been so overwhelmed that you can't phone in, but they are adding access via their website.
