Recently the weather has been very humid and I opened the window the other night and whilst typing I was aware of the birds singing and thought I wonder if my camera will record that. After stripping off the soundtrack I was amazed to hear the number of different birds such as ok a robin a crow and what sounds like budgies unless I am mistaken I think there are others there but I cannot identify them.

I can identify the Pigeon flying away right at the end of the clip and what sounds like a Greenfinch at the beginning, but it will take a bit more listening. :)

I think a blue Tit and some House sparrows

i think your 'budgies' will be the house sparrows chirruping. good clip, topper:thumbsup:

If nothing else it was an exercise in using available equipment. I'll have to remember to take my camera out more when I go for strolls

Probably a black bird. A song thrush has a vvariaty of vocals and slighttly more melodious.I couib wrong
