Pulborough Brooks Wader.

Can anyone help me to identify this Wader ?

I think it's a Greenshank Vastra, although I do find it difficult with some of these waders.

I'd agree with Rolf, Vastra. It's either a Greenshank; The RSPB: Greenshank

or a Bar-tailed Godwit; The RSPB: Bar-tailed godwit

But the leg colour and the shorter beak indicate the former for me. I saw a Greenshank at Keyhaven last week - even although they're only meant to be wintering birds down here!
