Wildlife experts and police have begun an investigation into the deaths of more than 70 birds at a park in Wanstead Flats in east London.
Investigators attended the site, which includes Alexandra Lake, on Thursday to begin tests.
Carcases of the birds have been sent to the Central Veterinary Laboratory (VLA) for analysis.
The area has been cordoned off to members of the public until the cause of the deaths is determined.
