There are a couple of others which frequent Northern climes, not sure how good the photograph is and whether the light colouring is over exposure, the Tawny Pipit is also a possibility, has almost no patterning at all on the underside. Anthus campestris

I looked at the Tawny but it didn't look the same but then some times nor do two photos of the same bird

Much too long a beak for a little Grebe, looks like a Red Breasted Merganser juvenile. Mergus serrator I think.:)
