I was just getting focussed on him sat on the stick and he took off as I took the shot. Just lucky.
LOL, many flight shots are Joe, particularly with a bird as fast as the Kingfisher.:)
Yes, the second shot is great - I love to see birds setting off. But it's also nice to see that he has been following his mother's food advice and is eating his greens :)
