ID please
Can any one identify this dear littl Goose.? It is a little smaller than a mallard.
I don't think it's a Duck but I could be wrong.
I don't think it is indigenous to the UK either but it was free to come and go at Paignton Zoo but then so were the Pelicans

Looks more like a Duck Beryl, perhaps a hybrid.

I was thinking that it was so tiny but the tail isn't like a ducks tail. Well not the mallard, no curls all Mallards and related hybrids have curls.
Her is another view. I thought it was a Teal but it's different It may be a hybrid Teal Here is another side view .

It was free but I think introduced or flew here and decided to stay . It is so cute. I would love to now.

Had a quick scan through the only books I have which would have told me what this was Beryl but no can find. So the bird (duck) remains a mystery.
