Shoot manager convicted of poisoning Golden Eagles

Can't understand why he wasn't also jailed - unless I missed something there....

I don't understand why he wasn't jailed either, I guess because they can't actually prove that it was him who administered the poison.

But, you know, if they jailed him and he HADN'T administered it, he'd have shopped the person who did - so it would have worked in the end. As it is, the estate owner will probably give him the fine money - and HE won't miss a penny of it as he'll be rolling in cash!:mad:
