First heard them across the lake which was obscured by bushes, then they came into view with their distinctive calls. I really love these Birds. :)

very good shots rolf, i work in the aircraft industry and there are alot of lapwings on the airfield . they are extremely acrobatic fliers and very handsome birds.:thumbsup:
