Just a Blue Tit with a parasitic infestation Beryl, normally see a few of these during the nesting season. One good reason for people to make sure that their nest boxes are cleaned out during the winter period.
I wondered if it has a parasitic problem . Poor thing. It will visit gardens etc and mas spread it
No, it is from a nest infestation, won't spread at feeder, probably mites.
