Couldn't believe this when I spotted it this afternoon over at Yateley, was working on a flat roof and three houses down, a Grey Heron landed on the smallest of aerials. Unfortunately i only had my mobile with me to get the photo.
Well. He had a great view up there.

LOL, sat and terrestrial meters are both too big for a tool bag and camera is too big also. When I've got a lot on, or working where I can't see the van, I don't want to have to worry about the camera being nicked, bad enough trying to protect the rest of the van contents, without adding another £1500 to the value of potential loss.
Yes I had not considered that aspect, unfortunately it is the same all over the country although in Fowey in Cornwall I noticed people were very trusting regarding the aspect of security
Yes, I guess that they still have chancers down there, just not quite as many.
