Think the first is a reed bunting, and the second a black cap but please help me check... ta..
Certainly looks to be the case Billy, Reed Warblers are pretty elusive, well done capturing one.![]()
they have the oddest call which is what got me looking in the first place... he was happy as larry well both of them were...![]()

Actually on reviewing and zooming in a bit i think Catherine is closer with Sedge Warbler, they have a much wider and defined eye stripe.![]()

just found sound clips for both and id say the noise it made was nearer sedge warbler than reed... how cool...

LOL, well I say closer, as I find warblers really difficult to identify, as they can look so similar.![]()
