I believe it's a Siskin - Carduelkis spinus, either a Female, or first winter male.![]()
I thought it might be a Siskin but it doesn't seem to have a yellow enough head But I spose they change the coats in winter and summer So went for serin. I think then it has tobe a female which ever it is![]()
