    This is a Mute swan I capture on Hampstead Heath London Whilst visiting home one Christmas. The ice looks green because it is picking up the colour af the trees above and behind.
    I particularly like this shot becaus of the reflection.

    You're right, it is nice with the refection. I would not have though it was ice, but pond weed or something like that. Nice photo.

    Yes It is ice I assure you. See the crow behind is walking on it. The swan and the gulls are on a raft or such in the rest of the photo birds are walking on it . All three ponds had ice that year and yes frozen duckweed
