Heron on neighbour's roof

Glanced out yesterday morning and there it was again, our local fish raider, gradually creeping down the roof to get a better look at one of the local ponds.

That's a really great photo, Rolf!

Should be in the Gallery as roofs seems to be amongst a Heron's favourite lookout places! (remember I posted some of a Heron on a roof across the road from here? It ate most of the fish in these people's pond!

This one slowly edged down the roof as if it was checking out a pond, although I couldn't see what it was looking at.
