    Default Mallard Anas - platyrhynchos

    This was a trio of one female and 2 males. Every now and then one of the males would end up chasing the female along the water.

    The third shot shows the glorious shining (green-bottle) green of his head... it was beautiful in the sun.

    The last shot is awful, but it does show the chase activity and how the second male is almost drowned by it and how vocal the female was when being chased
