    Sae this lovely little chap racing along the railins at about .5 miles an hour beside the estuary

    Well don't look then. They can cause a nasty rash if touched .

    Apparently local authorities can require householders to destroy any moths found on their property, under Section 8 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1979.
