    Default Major forum upgrade carried out.

    Apologies for the 24 hour outage of the forum, but the major upgrade Chris carried out last night took hours and left us with no time to finish off the details.

    We have got most of it up and running for the time being, but will be updating plugins and features over the next week or so, as and when we get time.

    First job is to upload a suitable banner and cure a couple of problems on sections failing to load, hope you can all bear with us while we get things working.

    Got lots of problems at the moment, individual threads are all accessible, but some sections are throwing up database errors, looks like a heavy week.

    All very interesting, Rolf! I had NO idea of my password, so took several tries to get in!
    Hope things will settle soon, as I really don't want you having to stay inside swearing at a computer in this heat!

    This was a major upgrade, changes the way the forum works completely, so unfortunately, password cookies weren't saved. Hopefully this should be the last major one for a good while.

    Right, have got "most" problems sorted, you all have a choice of styles, will add and subtract styles as we go along.

    If you have any problems with particular styles, for example certain links or elements don't show up, then let me know here.

    You can sample the different styles by using the little dropdown menu in the bottom left hand corner.

    I find it all very exciting. I was on VB4 for a while but now I think the TVB is the best one for me.

    Think the top TVB-Birds selection is the better colour tone. The forum image set is eye catching also.
