Had to double check, but saw this large raptor on the other side of the misty orchard, it has apparently been visiting for it's apple a day for the past couple of weeks..gif "Smile")
So, "An apple a day,..." doesn't "...keep the Goshawk away" then?
Goshawk! whatever next? I shall be looking out for Golden Eagles over Windsor!
I still wonder if that's the bird I see sometimes at the fruit farm near us. It looks like a Buzzard with a white front, but I'm never able to take a good pic of it...

Will do, although there are also Buzzards, Marsh Harriers and Hen Harriers around, think I spotted a Peregrine in flight the other day as well, but again too foggy for the lens to focus.
