Thanks, Rolf! (I'm sure either you or Crister told us that the last time - but I forgot!

Yes, Red Bull seem to have money to spare - though these planes are lovely, aren't they?

Slightly at a tangent - but McLaren is another F1 team of note, and when I read this about Lewis' brother in the F1 news today, I smiled! I hope he does well. He's a really nice guy! autosport.com - Other News: Hamilton's brother to race in Clio Cup

That's interesting, would have thought that cerebral palsy would not have allowed sufficient motor control for competition driving.

I think it is brilliant that he is getting the chance.

I DID first stop to think that had he been anyone else he'd never have had the chance at all, and it's a shame others with cerebral palsy won't get that chance. However, he is a very special young man, has the inside knowledge and experience of the racing scene, the financial support of that company, his brother and his father, and as he hopes, it may well be an inspiration to others in his position if all works out well.

I had a young boy with severe cerebral palsy in a P5 class in Lanark. He was the first sufferer to be given the chance to attend an ordinary primary school in the area. His amazing personality not only saw him achieve a great deal, but inspired the parents of other children to raise cash for an electric car so he could 'drive' home along the pavements and feel independent.

Nick Hamilton has a similar personality and infectious smile, and if anyone can succeed in that field, I'm sure he will, I know his name will attract the attention of many, and I wouldn't be surprised if his participation in the Clio Cup might attract sponsors too, so other handicapped youngsters might share his experience in future. Let's hope it works that way anyway!
