    Default Everyone talks about the Starling murmurations

    .. but in my town they are not the only ones.
    Today, as I waited for the bus in a building-made 'canyon' I was watching a group of maybe 150 pigeons swooping about, appearing and disappearing over the rooftops. Then a smaller group of Starlings did the same thing, followed by a 15-20 strong group of smaller birds, maybe a Tit of some kind (I have seen Long-tails do it once). At one point parts of all three groups were visible over the canyon... fantastic!!!

    Having said that, none do it quite as beautifully as Starlings

    the nicest 1. I lv birds, nature & the beings loving them.
