    I've seen the River Itchen feature in many TV documentaries - beautiful river!

    Also the Test - it's particularly lovely at Mottisfont.. There, the water is so clear and the river weed so healthy. Damselflies and Dragonflies hover over its surface in summer.

    It's strange to think the two meet to form Southampton Water before they meet the sea!
