Not a chance for the cat, couldn't stay any longer, but it was totally outnumbered.

Fujifilm FinePix S8200 plus Samsung J5 mobile phone camera. Chinon Compact 9-21 x 25 RB binoculars and 10x - 30x60 Zoom binoculars

    Default

7 Magpies, 5 Carrion Crows, 2 Jackdaws and a Red Kite! What were they trying to achieve?

I mean, they don't fight for the same food, and the Cat was hardly trying to threaten them.

I think they may have been trying to scare it with their threats, but why?

A very strange-looking Cat too - almost like a Wild Cat with ringed tail and legs, plus a grey 'beard'!

Fascinating! Well shot, Rolf! (Or maybe I should really say well-captured!)

It was a very pretty cat Catherine, with beautiful patterned body, will try and get a better shot. It was probably initially trying to stalk one of the birds,
