    this snatched photo was taken at marton mere in blackpool this morning.
    there is a small hide next to a 'feeding station' this male great spotted flew onto the nuts before quickly dissapearing. digiscoping in poor light conditions greatly effect the quality

    Default moorhen at marton mere blackpool

    this moorhen was wandering about underneath the bird feeders picking up scraps at marton mere.

    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.
