Olympus Evolt E520, and borrowed lenses and flash. Fuji Finepix S7000 for Macro A chair :)

    Default Freecycle

Has anyone come across this group? It aims to stop as much stuff going into landfill as possible by allowing people to offer/request anything that they don't want for free. I have joined my local one and there is some good stuff offered... also some rubbish, but one man's rubbish......

Yes, I've looked at that before, I probably have a few things which could go on there.

I seem to remember though that I subscribed, but got flooded with email, so removed myself.

Crumbs, is it me, or that one of the worst designed sites around, been on it for several minutes and can't find how to actually see what's going on.

I agree Rolf, the site is rubbish - it must have been recycled

You can set it so that you get just one e-mail a day a 'digest' so you don't need to get inundated with email... or set a 'rule' on your email so it all goes into one folder and you can see it all without it cluttering your inbox.

I used to use Mailwasher, but now use Cloudmark, as I accidentally on occasions deleted "good mail" with Mailwasher, also not to sure about the bouncing Email feature, as in many cases, all that did, was generate a failed delivery notice from the server you bounced the mail to.

Some times But we tried it out . Steve who I worked for in the local coputer shop sent it to me so I up loaded it and it was only $3 at the time . I sent an e-mail to thank him and he bounced it back so some do work . I agree though I have lost mail but it's retrievable from statistics.
Who tradmarks Cloumark and is it good?
