    I think this is a Blue Tit fledgling.
    He suddenly flew from some where and landed on the railing just near me.

    I noticed that it looked half drowned but it flew on to the railing and I took several shots, only one came out. I thought by it's condition it was a fledling, maybe it isn't Lol. Poor lttle thing ha ha anway it flew off so it's wing were ok.
