    Yes, they are amazing beaks, found the picture of the underside quite interesting.

    Just one more thing rolf are all the ducks in the above pics called shovellers or are there different kinds of shovellers because there are quite a few different coloured ones

    All Shoveller Ducks Babs, but the light was extremely variable, due to the amount of passing cloud.
