    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.

    Well spotted Beryl, I have only ever seen juvenile wagtails once and that was at martin mere

    I didn't realise until I saw them on the big screen. I thought the youngster was sort of not so timid at the time. The mother was keeping her distance and they vary so much in colouring
