    Default Gerris lacustris (Pond Skater)

Not the best photo I have ever taken by any means.
Would not stay still had no sunlight where I was then the heavens opened before I could get any better shots.
    Well there my excuses anyway

Taken at a pond in Silchester.

Nice capture Paul, Noise Ninja would remove the colour noise, but otherwise it's a cracker.

Gerris lacustris.....are you kidding, I have enough trouble pronouncing Pond Skater.Great shot. As Rolf pointed out, a noise reduction program would help. I use Neat Image when I need too. Rolf has a preference for Noise Ninja. Both are available on trial
