    Popped down to the railing and settled beside me so I took quite a lot of shots.
    Here are two as they are all pretty much the same

    Beryl you could almost be fooled into thinking this is a Coal Tit but you can just about detect the black central band on the second pic which runs down the Great Tits front. This is a young'ish bird as the colours don't fit an adult Great Tit......Nice shots.

    Yes. I thought it a youngster.He was very inquisitive and didn't mind in the leest posing for me.
    I had seen the black line . when he flew down and the coal Tit has two stripes on the wings
