    Found it, apparently it can be very occasionally seen in the UK, but the last spotting I can find is a couple of years ago.

    Best I can do I'm afraid, the picture I found of the Spotted Nutcracker looked pretty much the same, but we don't really get them her, so know nothing about them.

    Not good on these, it is a Sandpiper I think, perhaps a White Rumped Sandpiper. Calidris fuscicollis
