Because of the colouring, I would say Squacco Heron - Ardeola ralloides, but I would imagine it is a pretty rare visitor to Northern Europe and Scandinavia.

Looks more delicate than a Reed Warbler, I reckon given the body shape and the bold eye stripe, something like a Greenish Warbler, or perhaps Arctic Warbler. The legs look quite light in colour, so I'll go for the Arctic Warbler - Phylloscopus borealis.
Thing is they all look more or less the same

It's a Pipit of some sort, but can't tell which one.
Probably a tree pipit - Anthus trivialis that is the only one with such a light front
