    Default G'day

Hi folks, guess Id better do the honourable stuff & say hello after posting a few pics.

My name is Ross and I live & work in the wonderfully rural Scottish Borders. I love seeing new places, and riding preserved railways. Whilst I love bird spotting I normally find the little sods fly off just as Ive got the binocs focussed on them! There fore I like photographing landscapes and industrial archaeology - they dont tends to wander off as you line the camera up!

I take loads of photos of all sorts of things using nothing more than a small point and shoot digital camera. I hope you enjoy the photos I have taken on my very simple camera.

Hi Ross and welcome to the friendly Thames Valley Bird Forum.

It's not just the camera that takes the pictures, more important is who's hands it's in.

    Pete.

I agree, it isn't necessarily the camera, but the thought put into the photo.

Great to see your pictures Ross.
