No that is the only one. I searched for it. It was so unusual I thought I would snap it and then I forgot about it.
Only took it last month as well . Most strange. I will have another look
It is only one insect I'm sure.
It's just that it has two pairs of antennae, which i can't seem to find anywhere.
Interesting insect. Have a look at Miris striatus Beryl, it isn't this one but quite close. Also I understand Coris quadripunctatus has a similar pattern to this but is smaller in size but I cannot find a pic of it......best I can do.

I think the short set of antenna looking feelers may be feeding tubes
It might be one of the Miris striatus type insects as there are so many and it is similar. I will leave it here a I don't consider it's of quality for the forum but an interesting bug.

Not the one in that picture though Beryl, will be interesting to get an exact match.
No it's not. But the head is sort of long and pointed and unlike the Miris striatus it doesn't seam to have such big eye. Just looked at the date . I capture this in May 2006. So will have to wit until next summe to capture another.gif "Big Grin")

Thanks for letting me 'borrow' the pic Beryl. Unfortunately I have made no progress in the search for the insects ID.
Sorry about this Beryl as I was interested in what it was and we don't appear to be going to find out.

I just need to find one with the same pattern and there are hundreds of similar Long Horn moths so only a few will be shown on the web sites and as the photo is not too good I won't be putting it inthe forum . I just found it interesting to try and find out.
