The original is better quality, youtube enlarges the size and kills small format video, I'll attach the converted DIVX version.

Tried to see that version, Rolf, but, with me, Windows Media Player opens and - that's all!

(Watched the first version posted though. Great little birds - mad about fatballs!)

The download video is Divx Catherine, you need either the divx player, or VLC free media player.

The original from the camera was AVI and 55MB, so I converted it to divx which reduced it to less than 8MB.

    OK - I understand!

Having WMP, Quicktime and Real, I don't want to add any more now..

Might the video clip work better (than YouTube anyway) for most of us if you gave a link to Photobucket/Flickr/other?

    Just wondering.....

No, I don't use any of those and it would make no difference, as the divx converter is one of the few which keeps anything like the quality.

I mainly use VLC now (very small program), as it handles most media and doesn't try and take over your PC like Realplayer does, I refuse to have anything from Realmedia on my PC now, likes using the internet too much.

I downloaded Real Player years ago when BBC wouldn't use anything else and we wanted to see news excerpts. The BBCi player has now taken over of course!

At the moment Real Player is 'disabled', but I keep it on hand for anything where only it can be used! - e.g. US motorsport.

'Quicktime' came with one camera... but I seldom use it either - it keeps wanting me to 'upgrade' and pay for the privilege!

I like WMP - latest edition - and find it works with most things - except your video above!
