    Not sure if this is a house Sparrow chick

    Has to be an adult in February Beryl though it does look like a 'chick' but appears to have some problem with its plumage poor thing. Alternatively it has just had a bath.

    I though it was too early . He flew about ok and seamed qhit happy
    It was by a brook so maybe he has just had a bath. It was a lovely sunny mild day as the wind had dropped. Thanks Pete.
    I take it it is a House Sparrow ? there are a few in these bushes

    Thanks Pete. He seamed so cute too. But sang and flew off quite merrily and all the other little Sparrows looked very dapper getting ready for spring I guess
