    Default Small Blue Butterfly notices Painted Lady 'in his spot'

    The Small Blue Butterfly (Cupido Minimus) is a pugnacious little critter who seems very unhappy having anything in his patch, so here he's spotted a Painted Lady Butterfly (Vanessa cardui), and is going in to 'warn it off'.
    This was taken early August at the Moor Copse nature Reserve..
