    Exeter to Exmouth Is a branch line and runs about every half hour.
    Here it is just coming round a bend and up towards the level crossing where I was standing but not in the middle . At a very safe distance

    Nice pic - its a class 142 Pacer unit - a development of a bus body on a train chassis

    They have a reputation of being somewhat unreliable and at least one derailed when its engine fell off the chassis a few years ago!
