    I've long found it hard to understand this practice and it is still rife as the article says. One of my friends who went out there last year was openly offered this dish in a village restaurant, as he was there with a couple of locals.

    This country is now part of the European Union and perhaps pressure needs to be applied from there, unfortunately the local police force probably turn a blind eye, as they are among the ones who enjoy the dish.
