Default How not to take a macro shot

Focus...fair, Lighting...fair, exposure...fair, subject...not very helpful

What a beggar - should have been a fantastic shot. I have oodles of half-bees - they are not helpful, are they ?

It was probably the sharpest close up shot I have ever taken, So I was a bit miffed
