Could be this one
Grammoptera ruficornis - a longhorn beetle - Natural England
Doubt it, as this is a large beetle, in excess of 25mm long.
That's a difficult one - I could suggest a couple but apparently the cerambycid family (which this is likely to be) can have significant colour variations making it difficult to pin it down :)
Shapewise it looks like Stenocorus meridianus which goes up to 27mm. The colour is often different from this, but there are shots that look like this too - www.galerie-insecte.org- as I said, they can apparently vary greatly. I think this is one of those "who-knows" types :)
